Master Bao’s next ‘Beginner Tai Chi’ class will begin on January 19th, 2011 in Nelson, British Columbia (BC), Canada.

In ‘Beginner Tai Chi’, Master Bao teaches ‘Yang Tai Chi 24 Form’.

This course is an introduction to Yang Tai Chi 24 Form. This course is ideal for students who do not have any experience with Tai Chi or Master Bao’s unique teaching style.

Experienced Tai Chi players are also welcome, as Master Bao will generously share her 30 years of Tai Chi and Traditional Chinese Medical knowledge and practice throughout this course, expanding on beginner concepts.

*In this course, Master Bao will be delving deep into the cultivation of ‘chi’ and teach participants how to draw in Universal and Earth chi and cycle it throughout their bodies.

This course consists of 12 classes and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm at the ‘Bao ACADEMY of Tai Chi & Kung Fu.

The cost of this course is $120.

Drop-ins are welcome at $12/class.
