Hi Lisa.

Thank you very much for getting in touch. My name is Daniel. I am Master Bao’s husband and co-founder of the ‘Bao ACADEMY of Tai Chi & Kung Fu’.

Master Bao no longer teaches Qi Gong as a ‘stand alone’ class.

She finds it much more valuable for students to learn it in conjunction with Tai Chi, and therefore incorporates it into Level 2 of her Tai Chi classes.

Do you have any experience with Tai Chi, Lisa? Does learning this ancient Chinese healing art interest you?

If so, Master Bao will be starting two new ‘Level 1 – Beginner’ classes in the month of January.

There will be an afternoon class held at the NDCC from 1:15-2:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and an evening class held at Selkirk College from 7:00-8:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Please feel free to give us a call at 250-505-8057 if you have any questions about tai chi or qi gong. We are more than happy to help you with anything we can.

Have a chi-mendous day!

Daniel
